Alex led the end-to-end design of Zogo’s new SDK integration - a turnkey solution that lets partners embed gamified financial education directly into their own apps and websites. From product vision to deliverables, he defined the design strategy, crafted high-fidelity flows and prototypes, and built an intuitive configuration interface enabling partners to customize features without technical expertise.

Alex led a redesign of Zogo’s onboarding flow, guided by user research and A/B testing that validated adding more setup steps without hurting conversion. The new flow introduced early personalization, dropped users directly into their first lesson to build momentum, and moved identity verification to the start of the journey - eliminating friction during gift card redemption and turning it into a moment of delight.
